Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru dengan Dosen Melalu Program Kemitraan Berbasis Lesson Study

The research objectives are 1). knowing the pattern of partnership in improving the competence of lecturers and teachers at SD Negeri 5 Bintoro Demak; 2). Knowing partnership activities in order to increase the competence of lecturers and teachers and at SD Negeri 5 Demak; The research method uses a qualitative approach, the place of research is at SD Negeri 5 Bintor Demak, data collection techniques are observation, documentation, and interviews, with the researcher as the main instrument. The results showed that the partnership pattern was collaborative-reflective by involving colleagues both on campus and at school as well as students. Partnership activities include redesign of lesson plans, open classes, and reflection through 2 cycles, both on campus and at school. The results of the partnership activities show an increase in the quality of lesson design, namely the Curriculum RPS and Science Lessons for Class IV and V, Indonesian Class 2 and V, Mathematics Class 3, the learning process is more effective because it applies discovery learning with the help of local wisdom-based media. The follow-up program was partnership activities in 8 elementary schools in 3 districts, namely Kudus, Jepara and Pati.
