One of the crusial issue that accompany an increase in human activities is the availability of clean water. Objectives of the research are (1) to determine the percentage change in total Dissolved Solids (TDS) quality of the dry season and rainy season, (2) to determine the effect of resisitant land on TDS changes. The research used descriptive quantitative method. The research location on North Pati village, Pati Subdistrict. The research held from June of 2012 until September of 2013. Data sources are primary and secondary data. Primary data namely TDS measurement result on dry season and rainy season.The secondary data came from relevant document. The research location divided into 27 study sites tor the measurement of land cover (resistant land and non resistant land). From 27 locations obtained 29 samples of well water that is 11 bore wells and 18 dug wells. The data processing to obtain the percentage change in TDS concentration by comparation the TDS concentration on dry season and rainy season. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of resistant land on TDS changes by regression analysis. The results are (1) the average change in TDS quality of dry season and rainy season for bore wells is 28% and for dug wells is 10%. (2) the effect of resistant land on TDS, not significant (sig 0.209) for bore wells, but significant (sig 0,00) for dug wells.
