Analisis Finansial Usaha Beternak Kambing Lokal Peranakan Etawa (PE) Di Kabupaten Pati

A huge market demand and the presence of abundant food resources
in rural areas provide opportunities for farmers to raise goats as a
profitable business. The purpose of this study was to analyze the
financial feasibility of farm businesses of Etawah crossbreeding local
goat in Pati regency. This research uses descriptive analysis method
with quantitative approach and conducted in Pati regency. The study
was held in June to October 2016. The respondents were 14 farmers,
6 traders and 5 farm owner. This financial analysis using the
calculation of investment criteria, namely Net Present Value (NPV),
Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C),
Payback Period (PBP). Result of the study are NPV of IDR
199,247,032 (NPV>0); BCR of 1.61; IRR 50.03%; PBP is at
4.28 years; The average net benefits per month reached IDR
8,565,500.
