One of the critical success factors in the aquaculture pond fishery is water quality condition. South Bulumanis pond located near the Suwatu estuary which have been polluted. Objectives of the research are (1) to analyze the aquaculture pond fishery water quality, (2) to identify the fish death case, (3) to conduct the aquaculture economic review in South Bulumanis village. The research used descriptive method and water sampling held on July 7 of 2011. Sampling stations location are: 1) Right side of Bugag irrigation channel (B1, B2, B3), (2) Left side of Bugag irrigation channel (B4, B5, B6) and (3) Left side of Daleman irrigation channel (D1, D2, D3). Parameters observed were temperature, pH, DO, salinity, ammonia, nitrite and sulfide. Analysis data by descriptive analysis. The results are (1) for all water sampling stations, parameter which not fulfill the quality standard is sulfide and for pH there were 5 of 9 stations that not fulfill the quality standard. While parameters which fulfill the quality standard are temperature, DO, salinity, ammonia and nitrite. (2) In the fish death case, water quality parameters which at risk of causing the death of fish because it’s not fulfill the quality standard are temperature, pH, ammonia and sulfide. (3) from the economic review, the reduced income of South Bulumanis village fish farmer due to the reduced of fish production because of the fish seed death and additional expenses for the replacement of pond water.
