Livestock raising goats in the area including in Pati regency of Central Java Province is one of the opportunities for livestock farmers, in order to improve food security and animal business development in the present and the future. Objectives of the research is to describe and analyze the business feasibility of goat farming. The method used is descriptive, with primary data source come from interview with informant farmers, merchants, farm workers and observation by snowball sampling approach. While, secondary data obtained from relevant documents. Data analysis using descriptive non financial and financial analysis. Result of the research showed that Df 12%, Net Present Value (NPV) Rp12.823.197,- (NPV>0), Benefit Cost Ratio/BCR 1,07 (BCR>1) which means the project feasible in Pati Regency, Internal Rate Return (IRR) 27% so that the project can be continued, and Pay Back Periods (PBP) is in 4 year 3 day. Switching Value showed a decrease in the selling price of lamb that can be tolerated by 4.5%, so if the rate of decline in selling prices above the 4.5% business carried infeasible. And also, the switching value analysis from an increase in operating costs sensitivity showed that it can be tolerated under or equal to 16.5%, so if the operating costs increase over 16.5% then the business is not feasible.
